She is survived by: her children, Quincy Forte' and Neondra Forte; her grandchildren, Alexus Forte', Kiara Forte', Ciara Jones, Kelsie Coleman, Keegan Cain and Kierstin Cain; and her brothers, Fredrick Smith (Dorothy), Otis Smith and David Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ages Missionary Baptist Church (8112 Bicentennial Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72118). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
