It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence J. Henley of North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. L. Henley and Nell Carter Henley; and his brother Ricky Henley. He is survived by: his wife JD Henley; his children, Daryl Overton of Florida, Waymon Overton of California, Cameron Henley of Sherwood, Lorrie Henley of Searcy and Monica Potter of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Wesley, Blaine, Emily, Brent, Abbey, Rebecca, Michella, Adam, Matthew, Bryan, Alexa, Sofie, Ashton, Garrett, Luke, Drew and Meaghan. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Home (109 Brasfield St, Dumas, AR 71639). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
