He is survived by: his children, Philip Sappington (Cheri), Mary Joan Sappington, Samantha Langley (Jimmy) and Margaret Huff (Karl); his grandchildren, John, Melissa, Katherine, Ashlyn, Amanda, Nicole, Shannon, Brian, Kent, Katie and Sydney; and his siblings, Joan Hamel, Donald Sappington and Vicki Hale. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
