With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julia Rhodes of North Little Rock, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 57. In the vast expanse of eternity, Julia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Julia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Alex Rivers Jr. and Eveon Rivers Waters (Derrick); her brothers, Donald Bell (Cami) and Paul Smith; and her goddaughter Porsha Davis.
