He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Hoper and James E. Hoper; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his sister Ann Steinberg (Jeff); his wife Susan Hoper; his sons, Jason Hoper (Tammie), Jacob Hoper and Brian Wainwright (Rhose); his grandchildren, Jarin Hoper, Korben Wainwright, Noah Fuqua, Layla Hoper, Luka Hoper and Rhett Hoper; and his pets, Lilly and Lottie.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - North Little (1921 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114).
