He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Gilbert Mulligan; and his parents, John Thomas Mulligan and Lucian Pope Mulligan. He is survived by: his cousins, Vickie Barrett and Libby Baxley; and his friend Sue Franklin. He is also survived by numerous friends and members of his church family.
