She was predeceased by: her mother Vivian Faye Watkins; her brother Dwight Brown; her grandfather Horace Abernathy; and her aunt Tina Renae Middleton. She is survived by: her father Thomas Mitchell; her husband Timmy Williams; her stepfather Wendell Watkins; her siblings, Christopher Watkins, Terry Brown and Tiara Mitchell; her grandmother Mary M Abernathy; and her brothers-in-law, Tony Clark, Matthew Williams, Calvin Williams, Willie Williams, Landry Williams and Nicholas Williams. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.
Gwen loved people, she loved her church very much, was a Sunday school teacher to little children, during covid she helped by ushering she worked with registration Gwen worked wherever she was needed.
