With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Hope Troy of North Little Rock, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 30, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson and Marjorie Whittaker; and her son John Leyes, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Troy; her children, Michele Leyes, Cassie Briscoe (Lorenzo) and Derek Troy; her grandchildren, Samantha Leyes, Celeste James, AJ Troy and Ryan Duffey; her brothers, Nelson Delyn Whittaker (Bobbie) and Larry W. Whittaker; and her siblings-in-law, Arlene Hughes and Kelly Troy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the St. Labre or St. Joseph Indian schools, causes dear to Frances's heart.
