She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Carter and Edwina Carter; her sons, Calvin, Curtis and Jackie; her great grandchild Jewel; and her sisters, Dorothy Carter, Shirley Hampton and Isabella Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Baccus, Florice O'Neal (Christopher) and Edwina Hanson (Arthur) of Gwinnett; and her sister Gloria Williams of Minnesota.
