He was predeceased by: his daughter LaDonna Kaye Parks; and his siblings-in-law, Claude Archer, Roy Mimms and Sandra Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Keith Parks and Regina; his son-in-law Mat Seelinger; his grandchildren, Mason (AnnMarie), Payton (Chelsea), Carson Seelinger (Hope), Nik, Lacye, Weston and Colten Parks; his great grandchildren, Palmer, Livian, Josie Claire, Greer, Winnie, Eloise, Jett, Grady, Penny, Wilson, Brixton, Baker and Colson Seelinger; his sister Betty Archer; and his siblings-in-law, Danice Mimms, Cameron, Raymond and Joe Anderson (Angie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
