He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Tichenor and Robert Gephardt; his wife Carol Dian; and his siblings, Nellie, Marguerite, Esther, Maesel and Ernest.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Anna Faye House; his sons, Douglas (Allison) and Dennis Gephardt (Ansley Samson); and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Christopher, Benjamin, Warner and Audrey.
