With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Bernard Culpepper (North Little Rock, Arkansas), born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, JD Culpepper and Mildred Culpepper; and his sister Cindi Hall. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Harrison Culpepper; his children, Courtney Culpepper Schafer and William Culpepper (Jennifer); and his siblings, Carol Dew (Tommy), Sharon Land (Roger), Jim Culpepper (Kay) and Randy Culpepper (Greg Holbrook).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
A dedicated public servant, Don's contributions to his community were significant.
