She is survived by: her children, Michael Patrick (Amy) and Heather Ward (Jeremy); her siblings, Beth Lawrence (Robert), Diane Phillips, Donna Kay Breshears (John), Janette Coppock and Ernie Coppock (Tina); and her husband Mike. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
