She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Sherman and Winnie Chapman; her brother-in-law Michael Bretz of Black Springs; and her grandfather-in-law Minerva Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Dallas Wisener; her son Austin; her daughter-in-law Rachael Wisener; her daughter Gracie; her son-in-law CJ Staggs; her grandchildren, Callie Wisener and Jackson Wisener; her parents, Ray Moore of Black Springs and Mildred Moore of Black Springs; her siblings, David Moore of Memphis, Lisa (Joe Trygar) and Rachel Bretz of Hot Springs; her parents-in-law, Roy and Sue Wisener; and her siblings-in-law, Josie Duggan of Black Springs, Angie and Brent Turner of Kirby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, extended family.
Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 66% of the total seating capacity occupied at the church and funeral home chapel, avoidance of physical contact and all attendees 10 years of age or older must be wearing a face covering at all times.
