She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Hammock of Bonnerdale and Daniel Hammock (Brandy Cox) of Glenwood; and her brothers, Gary Phillips (Doris) of Bonnerdale and Richard Phillips (Evelyn Rinkle) of Hot Springs. She is also survived by her grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
