With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlene Rogers of Norman, Arkansas, born in Joaquin, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Blackman and Loyce Maudell Beckham Blackman; her husband Dexter L. Rogers; and her son Kelley D. Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis (Travis Stapp), Cynthia (Larry Shefstad), Georgia, Kerrie Endsley of Conroe and Krieg Rogers of Joaquin, Texas; her grandchildren, Hazel Stapp, Evan Stapp, Dakota Stapp, Taylor Rogers, Garrett Shefstad, Kelsey Endsley, Chayse Endsley, Blake Rogers, Brandon Rogers and Haleigh Dillard; and her siblings, James Arthur Blackman, Maudelle Bracewell and Galenda Lee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
