Chism of Briarcliff, AR, Stan Chism (Sandra) of Wasilla, AK and Calvin Coy (Vicki) of Norfork, AR.; his grandchildren, Trey, Maddex, Hunter, Nathalie, Tanner, Jaylah, Evelyn, Claire, Kaitlyn, Savannah and Malori; his great grandchildren, Ava, Lawson and Asher; and his siblings, Kennith Chism (Lisa), Helen Woods (Joe), Connie Corter and Lisa Stubbs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
