He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Kiser and Opal Sara Howard (Huffins); his former wife Joan Kiser Smith; his brother-in-law Eugene Phillips; and his nephews, John Phillips and Fred Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Kiser of Batesville, Rachel Faulkner (Jeremy) of Newport and Donna Bailey (Oneil) of Florida; his sister Beatrice Howard (Richard Tumey) of Newport; and his close friend Juile Chabrison of Newport. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other friends.
