She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Eugene Ragsdale and Jennie Rae McCoy (Shelley); and her great-niece Chessie Swann. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Aaron Shelley (Brianna) of Newport, Branden Oxner of Newport, Heaven Ash of Newport, Chrystal Shelley of Newport and Whitney Hayes of Newport; and her siblings, Steve Coleman (Shannon) of Swifton, Shelia Smith of Newport and Tina Vanwinkle (Dean) of Newport. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her church family.
