She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudean Qualls and Mary Ellen Ford; and her brother Brian Qualls. She is survived by: her daughters, Audrey Kiana Qualls of Dallas and Ocelee Mariam Qualls of Searcy, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Savion Qualls, Xavion Floyd, Janya Thomas and Airrion Floyd; and her siblings, Leroy Brown of Batesville, Deangelo Qualls of Newport, Ken Brown of Jonesboro, Rudean Qualls, Jr. of Little Rock, Adrian Roddy of Conway, Tammy Ford of Conway, Kena Myni Ford of Jonesboro, Ronda Ford of Nashville, Naydean Qualls of Conway, Cassie Scarlett of Hemet and Monique Freeney of Charlotte. She is also survived by dog, "Tiger"; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lifetime of friends.
