He is survived by: his former spouses, Pansy Neal Rucker and Ysla Thompson; his siblings, Angela Negash (Muhammad) of Minnesota, Diane Rucker of Newport, Carnice Lindsey of Jonesboro, Vonzelle Lindsey of Texas, Antoinette Lindsey of Memphis, Jerry Rucker (Shirley), Renard Rucker of Minnesota, James Rucker (Jackie), Jacob Rucker of Newport, Kevin Rucker of St. Louis, MO., Therry Rucker of Amarillo, TX and Antonio Lindsey of Jonesboro; his children, Shannon Williams (Vaughn) of Woodbridge, VA., Dallas Neal, Enitial Rucker of Vilonia, Christian Rucker and Malik Rucker of Newport; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Williams, Ja'Kalen Rucker, Mariah Moore, Essianna Williams, Violet Williams, Eniylah Rucker and Shaniya Ellis.
