She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Douglas Evins and Minnie Mae Evins (Ford); her sons, Kevin Douglas Evins and Grant Kendall Evins; her brother C. A. Evins; and her cousin Hayley Evins Ozier.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberley Gail Evins Montgomery of Newport; her granddaughter Madison Grace Montgomery of Newport; her sister Norma Jo Evins Madden of Beedeville; and also, Stanita Madden Taylor of Newport and Keith Madden of Searcy.
