We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2019, at the age of 76, Sandra Kay Newman (Newport, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cliffton and Vernie Howard; her husband Edwin Leon Newman; and her siblings, Jerry Howard, Danny Ray Howard, Lois Workman and Norma Kungilies.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Dean Howard of Newport, Chet Dewayne Sweeney of Newport, Edd Fredrick Newman (Billie Joe) of Mountain Home and Bobbie Newman Boozer Easter (Kevin) of Newport; and her siblings, Robert Howard, Jr. of Chicago, Illinois and Betty Jane Basham of Romeoville, Illinois. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
