It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy Bowie Ritter of Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Munford Bowie and Irene Bowie (Herrington); her husband Tommy Ritter; and her children, Carol Tucker and Neal Ritter.
