He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Duty and Minia Duty Neal (Glover); and his sisters, Jane Johns, Martha Johns and Doris Hunt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Duty of Newport, Paula Stallnacker of Tuckerman, Barbara Hooker of Batesville and Betty Rogers of Pangburn; and his close friend Debbie Loftis.
