She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Mullins and Della Mae Mullins (Arter); her former husband Jimmy Gray Moorehead; her husband Buck Cornwell; her granddaughter Jessica Lauren Moorehead; and her sisters, Brenda Sue Mullins and Lawanda Mae Cornwell.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Moorehead (Kelly) of Robinson, Illinois, Lesia LaMastus of Fayetteville, TeResa Czalski (Joe) of Arab and Melanie Story of Newport; and her siblings, Albert Mullins (JoAnn) of Newport, Alvin Mullins (Becky) of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Faye Whaley (Tom) of Newport and Freda Scoggins (Wayne) of Newport. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
