She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Galbreath and Bernice Galbreath (Collins); her former husband Lawrence Ivie; her husband William Dale Rowland; her stepsons, Gary Ivie and Larry Ivie; and her siblings, Bud Galbreath, Anna Sue Galbreath, Norma Gene Sutton, Sharon Galbreath, Lessie Hagar and Rose Galbreath.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Ivie (Angie) of Tuckerman and Becky Shelton (Dewayne) of Newport; her grandchildren, Tyler Shelton, T. J. Ivie, Hannah Shelton, Taylor Ivie, Kristen Ivie and Ashley Austin; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Owen, Weston, Gavin, Olivia and Layla; and her nephew Jackie Galbreath. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
