She was predeceased by: her parents, Norwood Combs and Wilma Combs (Henson); her husband James Junior Duncan; and her sisters, June Honey and Annette Jaco.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Thorn (Earnest) of Campbell Station and Spencer Duncan (Holly) of Malvern; her brother Bruce Combs (Sandy) of Heber Springs; her grandchildren, Amber Gavigan, James Caraway (Molly), April Caraway, Zackery Duncan and Draya Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Chariti Martinez, Michael Martinez, Zena Martinez, Madison Caraway, Jayla Caraway, Zoey Caraway, Emily Caraway, Hayden Caraway, Blaine Shannon, Izabella Caraway and Bentley Caraway.
