He is survived by: his mother Wanda Koettel (Tanksley); his sons, Jason Koettel (Ann) of Arlington and Wesley Koettel (Lenee) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Nathan Koettel, Morgan Koettel, Brianna Koettel and Spencer Koettel; his sister Renee Bolden of Newport; and his niece Ashley Koettel of Kentucky.
