He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry "Jake" and Jewel Lance (Riggs); and his siblings, John Henry Lance, Jr., Charles Henry Lance and Laura Ann Snook (Lance).
He is survived by: his wife Nae Lance (Oshiro); his sons, Norman Dean Lance, Jr. (Rebecca) of Columbus and John Louis Lance (Cara) of Leavenworth, Kansas; his grandchildren, Alexandria Lance, Larissa Reyes (Kenneth), Kelsey Conner (Ryan), Louis Lance, Katie Lance, Henry Lance and Maggie Lance; and his great grandchild Josie Reyes. He is also survived by his dog, Jr.; and a lifetime of friends.
Due to COVID-19 mandates, masks and social distancing are required at all visitations and funeral services.
