He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Margie Williams (Franks); and his siblings, Ricky Williams and JoAnn Everett. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Williams; his siblings, John Williams, Roger Williams, Steve Williams and Teresa Moss (Mark) of Gosnell; and his close friend Ashley Williams of Newport. He is also survived by three nephews, three nieces, three great-nephews, two great-nieces, and a lifetime of cherished friends.
