She is survived by: her children, Tony Cook of Batesville and Dena Cook Read (Frankie) of Newport; her brother Wayne Lassiter (Jeanette) of Jacksonport; her grandchildren, Andrea Conn Hembrey, Jessica Cook Moody, Kera Cook and Ashli Dickey; and her great grandchildren, Drew Hembrey, Ethan Moody, Addison Davis, Hastin Dickey and Dax Dickey.
