She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her sons, Jerry Dale Smith Jr. of Lake City and Andy Smith (Tracy) of Grubbs; and her grandchildren, Tyler Griffin of Bay, Nolan Smith of Jonesboro, Haley Busby of Forrest City, Ashleigh Smith of Hickory Ridge, Emalee Smith of Hickory Ridge and Natalie Rodriguez of Brookland. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
