He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ricky Dean Fisher and Chiryl Fisher; and his grandparents, Ralph, Agnes Fisher, Monroe Barnett, Inez Prine and A. A. Prine.
He is survived by: his parents, Harold Fisher and Betty Fisher (Barnett) of Newport; his brother Mitchell Fisher (Elaine) of Swifton; and his nieces and nephews, Allison Beard of Jonesboro, Kristi Mathis of Rosie and Gage Davidson of Bentonville.
