It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Welch (Newport, Arkansas), born in Monette, Arkansas, who passed away on September 29, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Harris; her sister Maggie Annette Dwyer; and her grandmother Lorene. She is survived by: her husband Ty Welch of Jonesboro; her children, Anthony Welch, Crystale Neal of Jonesboro and Sarah Garrison (Glen) of Jonesboro; her mother Wanda Lacey; and her siblings, Rosa Schill (Bill) of Harrisburg, Michael Harris (Angela) of Oklahoma and Anthony Harris of Louisiana. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and one great- grandchild.
