With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Grendell of Newport, Arkansas, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Jo and Pearl Kik Cook Sr. Jo; her husband Philip Grendell Sr.; and her siblings, Eugene Cook Jr. and Caroline Martz.
She is survived by: her children, Teri Grendell (Nick Kurtley), Meri Mihm (Ernest) and Philip "Butch" Grendell (Jessica); and her siblings, Nancy Fraze (John), Mary Jo Budrow, Sharon Sells and Jerry Cook Sr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
