He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Eugene and Veda Maxine Fuller (McDougal); and his siblings, Col. Harold Wayne Fuller and Brenda Sue Fuller. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Fuller Willis (Keith) of Newport, Nicole Fuller Warhurst (David) of Paragould and Melissa Fuller Wilkerson (Dennis) of Brooksville, Florida; his grandchildren, Evan Freeman (Lexi), Colton Willis (Allene), Alissa Willis, Noah Wilkerson, Isabella Freeman, Caleb Wilkerson and Gabriella Wilkerson; his great grandchildren, Emmett Freeman and Etta Freeman; and his siblings, Johnny Keith Fuller (Becky) of Blanco, Texas and Linda Kay Brooks (Glen) of Bethesda, Arkansas.
