He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Nance and Elsie Nance (Kottel); his wife Nancy Jo Nance (Berry); his sister Normalene Cash; and his grandsons, Michael Joe Nance and Marcus D. Nance II.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Nance (Twala) of Paragould and Marty Nance (Missy) of Remmel; his granddaughters, Karen Wilson of Brookland and Kristy Seyler (Kenneth) of Brookland; his stepgrandchildren, Angela Brooks (Chad) of Heber Springs and Joseph Fergerson (Mindi) of Jonesboro; and his close friend Faye Burton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
