He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Monroe and Mary Lacky Toler. He is survived by: his son James Toler II; his brother Charlie Toler (Susan); his granddaughters, Haley Toler, Elizabeth Toler, Shaley Toler, Dayton Toler and Shelley Monroe Toler; and his niece Jordan Toler.
