He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Duncan (Combs); his children, Stacy Thorne (Earnest) of Campbell Station and Spencer Duncan (Holly) of Malvern; his siblings, Mevarine Ashley of McAllister, Mavis Johnson of Batesville, Brenda Lawson (Tommy) of Rockford and Johnny Duncan of Cave City; his grandchildren, Amber Gavigan, James Caraway (Molly), April Caraway, Zachary Duncan and Draya Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Chariti Martinez, Michael Martinez, Zena Martinez, Madison Caraway, Jayla Caraway, Zoey Caraway, Emily Caraway, Hayden Caraway, Blaine Shannon, Izabella Caraway and Bentley Caraway.
