He was predeceased by: his close friends, Jeff Vickers and Billy McClendon. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sullins Humphreys; his children, James F. Humphreys, III of Newport and Kendra Murphy (Patrick Devin) of Memphis Tennessee; his brother Scotty Ray Sullins of Peryville; and his parent-in-law Ray.
