He was predeceased by: his parents, Voy Austin and Vestal Austin; and his siblings, Edwin Austin, Wilton Austin, Lois Jacobson and Reba Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Austin; his daughter Renee Bell (Harry) of Marion; his granddaughter Caroline Mosher (Steve); his great grandchildren, Hayley, Henry, Benjamin and Charlotte Mosher of Marietta Georgia; his siblings-in-law, Clara Nell Crews, Ina West, Janice Austin and Morris Reaves Jr. (Jane); and his aunt Doris Austin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
