He is survived by: his children, Rocky Gates (Dawn) of Brooklyn, Ricky Gates (Misty) of Jonesboro and Crystal Drennin (Shane) of Tuckerman; his siblings, Bobby Gates (Janas) of Newport, Wilma Evans of Newport and Brenda Taylor (Dub) of Memphis; his grandchildren, Colby Gates of Colorado, Logan Loftis of Conway, Tess Gates of Nashville, TN, Shane Gates of Paragould, Ty Gates of Paragould and Lucky Gates of Tuckerman; his great grandchild Indi Gates of Colorado; and also Diann Newby.
