He is survived by: his wife Joyce Peterson Bullard of Newport; his daughters, Doris Dore of Newport, Debbie Kostelnik (Chris) of Rocky Mt, Carol Harms (Kevin) of Chatham and Ill; his siblings, Benoni Bullard of Bradford, Katherine Kennedy of Cabot, Regina Everett of Campbell Station and Martina Thompson of Swifton; his grandchildren, Matthew Kostelnik (Amy) of Eldon, MO., Austin Kostelnik of Rocky Mt, Ryan Harms of Chatham and Ill; and his great grandchild Dawn Kostelnik.
