He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lee and Lillie Mae Hopkins (Wells); his siblings, Madelyn Hopkins Montgomery, Roger Lee Hopkins and Larry Gene Hopkins; and his sister-in-law Joyce Caussey Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hopkins (Hogan) of Newport; his daughter Kim Roberson Viebrooks (Jason) of Rogers; his granddaughters, Katherine, Olivia and Mary Elizabeth Viebrooks of Rogers; his siblings, Danny Ray Hopkins (Beth) of Tuckerman and Sheila Hopkins Haskett of Arkadelphia; and his sister-in-law Gail Strickland Clark (Noel) of Bryant.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Cheshier Cemetery in Elgin.
