With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Victory (Newport, Arkansas), who passed away on September 12, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edward Victory, Sr. and Emma Lee Woodruff Victory; his parents-in-law, Harold and Vernadene Rutledge; his brother-in-law Harold R. Buddy Rutledge; and his nephew Bricen Johns.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Rutledge Victory; his children, Ashley Victory of Newport and Jennifer Craig (Aaron) of Little Rock; and his siblings-in-law, Kay, Rickey Johns of Little Rock and Dianne Tims of Mobile, Alabama. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
