She is survived by: her husband Wayne Scoggins; her children, Keith Wayne Scoggins (Brook) of Newport, Beverly Balentine (Dewayne) of Southside and Carol Clark of Newport; her siblings, Albert Mullins (JoAnn) of Lake City, Alvin Mullins (Becky) of Foley, Alabama and Fay Whaley of Newport; and her grandchildren, Connor Balentine, Caitlin Balentine, Abby Scoggins, Avery Scoggins and Ally Scoggins. She is also survived by niece.
