She was predeceased by: her husband Alfard James Billings; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Billings. She is survived by: her parents, Martin Albert and Rhoda Ann Smith (Thomas); her son Jimmy Billings; and her grandchildren, Jo Alice Harris, Kendall Billings, Josh Billings, Tabby Billings, Anna Billings Moore and Stephen Billings. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great grandchildren.
