With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elteaser Balentine (Newport, Arkansas), who passed away on January 16, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Davis and Baby Louis Grady; her husband Ernest Balentine Sr.; and her children, Edward Balentine Sr., Ernest Balentine Jr., Billy Balentine, Wendy Balentine and Julie Balentine.
She is survived by: her children, Sewonia Reed (David) of Newport, AR, Gloria Butts (Brian) of Youngstown, OH, Pamala Balentine of Springdale, AR, Shermon Balentine Sr. and Tanja Jaggers of Vallejo, CA.; her grandson Edwin Balentine of Newport; and her sisters, Vera Jones of Chicago, IL and Ollie Davis of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by twenty nine grandchildren, seventy seven great grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
