He is survived by: his pet Nelly; his wife Mindy Washam Schulz; his children, Bryson Schulz (Bree), Hayden Schulz (Katlyn), Lacy Schulz Frost (Jesse) and Destiney Schulz; his grandsons, James Allen Schulz and Daniel Robert Schulz; and his mother Jeanette McGuire.
